From the supplier: The Wyatt Co’s 1992 Educators Legal Survey disclosed that many of the 562 educational institutions who answered the survey were unable to obtain educational executives although the 20 property and %%%casualty %%% companies that provide it have increased capacities. Five companies dominate 65% of the educators legal market. Only 55% of the public schools carry legal whereas 95% of the private schools are covered. Insurers reported that 80% of the educational claims came from employees and 11% from students.
